This will be the first event in our Sick and Tired series.

Thursday, July 24, 7PM EST / 4PM PST. 90 minutes over Zoom. $10 - $15 sliding scale.

We'll open with a grounding exercise, then create space for your thoughts on chronic illness, grief, burnout, and death / aging / mortality / the many ways our bodies can fail and surprise us.
