Sick & Tired: Chronic Illness and Holiday Grief

Sick and tired of being sick and tired?

Us too.

Join death doula Jamie Thrower, Lisa Pahl of The Death Deck, and Catherine of Death Project Managerfor a discussion on chronic illness and grief.

This is the third event in our Sick and Tired series.

This time, we’re talking about grief and the holidays:

what does it mean to try to connect with bio family and chosen family, when you are low on energy and executive function?

How do you participate in community and a spirit of togetherness if you can’t get out of bed?

What does it look like to focus on the returning of the light, at a time when things are globally so dark?

Monday, November 3, 7PM EST / 4PM PST.

90 minutes over Zoom.

$10 - $15 sliding scale.

We'll open with a grounding exercise, then create space for your thoughts on chronic illness, grief, burnout, and death / aging / mortality / the many ways our bodies can fail and surprise us.

Bring your grief, bring your rage, bring your messy humanity.

We'll be there to meet you.
